Windows Remote Support Instructions

  • Click on Remote Services for Windows

  • Open download

  • Click on accept/yes for pop up security screens

  • I will need the 6 numbers that show up on your screen

Mac Remote Support Instructions


  • Click on Start Remote Service for Mac

  • Open download

  • Tick box for Default Install

  • tick box for personal use

  • Click accept/finish

  • After install completes, I will need your Account Number and Password

All remote services MUST be scheduled in advance.  Unattended services are available upon request to service systems outside of business hours or when the residential customer is not using the computer. Services will be billed at agreed-on rate before any repairs are started. The Healthy Computer will not do any remote services without a phone call or face to face meeting with the customer. All remote services that are not unattended will have a one time log in. After the remote service has ended, all remote service account numbers and ID's used to log in will be reset and changed by Remote service provider.
